Core Restore to restore function and get on with life.
We all know that the ultimate goal of having a trim, tight and toned core is to look good naked. Let’s be honest, who doesn’t like to look good in the mirror or at least in your pair of favourite jeans.
A trimmed, tight and toned core will help ease back pain, improve your balance, posture, sports performance and day to day life activities. Core training is like an insurance policy for the future by putting your body in the best condition to withstand the forces that life throws at it. The two big power areas of the body are the upper body and the lower body. A strong core provides effective coordination, communication and transfer of power between the upper body and lower body unit. The miscommunication and lack of coordination between the upper and lower bodies will lead to poor posture, tired achy back muscles and ultimately back pain.
I have a few more introductory topics to go before we get into the nitty gritty of posture, performance and training your core. So stay tuned.
